A wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged in transit
The product delivered was expired
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, based on availability.
